All travellers visiting Kenya are required to apply for the Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA) prior to travel. Kindly visit https://etakenya.go.ke/en to submit your application.

There are no compulsory vaccinations required for Kenya, however, it is encouraged you carry your yellow fever vaccination card.

For participants who require a visa, a host invitation letter will be necessary for the application.  To request an invitation letter, the following preliminary information is required:

  1. Full name (please list EXACTLY as shown on your passport)
  2. Passport number
  3. Work address
  4. Sponsoring organization

No. Although there are options for transportation apps like Bolt and Uber which are very convenient. You can also make arrangements with the hotel during reservations for airport transfers at an additional cost.

There are several activities as well as tourist attractions:

  • If you like nature and animals then the Nairobi National Park, Giraffe Centre, Karura forest, Oluulua Nature Trail and the Elephant Nursery are the places to be.
  • If you opt for art, then the ideal place to visit would be National Museum of Kenya, Village Market and Kenya Railway Museum.
  • For shopping malls, the Sarit Centre is about a 5-minute walk from the summit venue. Also, Westgate shopping mall is a15-minute walk.
  • For African souvenirs, the Maasai market is such an attraction in Kenya and it’s the best place to shop if you’re looking for affordable and beautiful souvenirs. You can visit Maasai Market which is scheduled for different days at different locations.
